Producer responsibility for packaging will be extended to all companies, regardless of their turnover. The change will enter into force on 1.1.2024.

This year, the day will focus on the so-called invisible SE junk that is lying abandoned in all our desk drawers and cartoons. The message is simple: you can recycle anything with a plug, battery or cable.

In a recent decision, the Supervicing Authority has concluded that the operation of the Elker´s Producer Organisations is in compliance with the revised Waste Act 2021.
